Anticipatory Compensation is an advance payment to ameliorate problems not yet caused but which are inevitable, such as future content loss, changes in land values owing to modifications in the program's features, and the like.

Linden Labs has demonstrated it's fallibility sufficiently, lengthy experience in similar endeavors enables a dollar value to be assigned to these inevitable errors. Justice is best when justice is swift, and you can't get much swifter than before the fact. Hence, come on LL, don't hold back, fork over the money you're gonna owe us, NOW!

I'd actually rather fork over the money I'll owe them now. I can see paying tier three, six or twelve months in advance for a noticable discount off the total.

I've lost lots of things in the future, so badly I can't create them to be in the feature, I was going to create the new craze, but I lost it through pre-emptive content loss..

I've lost lots of things in the future, so badly I can't create them to be in the feature, I was going to create the new craze, but I lost it through pre-emptive content loss..

The money you get for future losses can be used to fund the creation of the objects you will lose.

It's like, pay it forward, man.
