Same problem here... downloaded the client as required but got the previous version. Tried to login, was required to download, and got the same obsolete one again. I think I'll wait a few hours before I try again!

I'm not downloading from the website, the SL client is prompting me to download the "latest" version now instead of merely telling me SL is down. However, the version they have made available to download is the old version. |

The upgrade is available, now, but you can't log in. Only Lindens at the moment. Think I will go dye my gray roots now and wait for it to open.
