This phrase is in the release notes of every update...
"...pending final verification of all issues."
So why do we seem to have issues with nearly EVERY new version lately?
Is the person who is verifying all the issues slacking off?
Does that person need new glasses?
Perhaps a new team lead for the verifying squad??
It's pretty clear that lately not all issues are being verified properly before sending a new version live... maybe LL needs to look at it's processes a little closer in the near future.

Which of the known issues prior to release did they fail to verify was fixed? To the best of my knowledge, the problem that came up after release was a new issue, not one that had been previously known and therefore could be verified to have been fixed. Which isn't to say bug testing couldn't be improved. But your contention appears to be false, unless you know something more about the history of this bug that has been publicly said? |

The current team is screeching mad because their supply of bananas has run out and the union has still not secured their luxury cages. |
