Obligatory multi-weekly "SLBoutique.com" is down thread

I've taken SLBoutique.com down as the SL grid has again become unstable. If anyone has any problems with deliveries or payments, let me know and I'll review logs once the grid is back to 5 by 5. Good luck getting it up Lindens - I'll pay for the virtual viagra!

In the meantime, we've put some features into "virtual beta" I'll talk about now.

Simply log into SLBoutique, click ACCOUNT INFORMATION in the upper right, and then EDIT URL COLORS AND INFO. Everyone on SLBoutique gets a private URL when they sign up, to display their items for sale, wish list, and blog... simply access yours at:

http://SLBoutique.com/Your_Name/ (this URL includes SLBoutique navigation)
http://SLBoutique.com/Your_Name/?nh=1 (This suppresses SLBoutique nav and invokes your color scheme and graphics, and only displays your stuff!)

You can now also blog to SLBoutique by taking an in-world snapshot and emailing [email]blog@SLBoutique.com[/email] - this will also appear at your personal URL after making an entry. We're by no means trying to complete with Cristiano's awesome Snapzilla service, but you can make simple journal entries with a 350 pixel wide graphic, and the subject and text of your email will become the title and entry of your blog post through this function.

Since naming names is fine according to Robin Linden as long as I'm not name calling:

This downtime is being brought to you by an avatar called "Jew Stein" who has just bombarded the grid with a denial-of-service attack. Its very similar to an attack carried out by several members of the former dark side of the W-Hat group (yes, I still love Verbena and Bakuzelas). That someone would use such a moniker as "Jew Stein" during the week of Passover is simply disgusting, but hey, I guess that's another part of their "game".

Everyone have a drink, take a few deep breaths, and our Linden friends will take care of this soon enough. It just a shame that on this weekend, which is considered holy to quite a bit of the world (and no, not to me), we're going to force LL employees to deal with this utter nonsense.

Color me disgusted.
