Maybe that is a picture of the new "sim to sim" communications system that lets each sim directly talk to the next sims.

It's also probably *the* technology hub of Malaysia if not K.L. Lots of offshore operations and support centers. An odd choice of naming though, I never thought to ask what it meant in Malay. lol
