OK,
I heard many, many times "Dwell was killed with the last patch"
And then I'd get dwell payment cuz I was in a high traffic area.
THen I moved to low traffic so I wouldn't have noticed.
Now I'm opening a club. So did Dwell/Traffic Payment finally get nixed, or will I be enjoying those funds to expand the club and cover tier?
