Alternate Account

I'm having problems trying to set up an alternate account. I can select a name and put in my personal info and credit card. I get through to the point where I select the one-time charge for a basic account, click the Continue button, and get a blank page. Refreshing the page and letting it sit there for a long time had no effect. I tried to do this twice on Wednesday, early in the morning and late in the evening, and got the same result.

Anyone know what the problem might be?
