You can't.
edit: well, I suppose you could beg the original person you got the no transfer item from to give a copy to your alt

If you own land, simply add your old account to the land group and have them place things and set to allow group to move. Sure it wont help with all things, like vehicles, but some items it might salvage.

I don't know if you are saying the same thing, but I had wondered what would happen if I placed the objects on my property, then sold the land to my alt with the "include objects in sale" flag set. (Is that similar? And will it work in any way?)

Have your old avatar place the items on the land and set the group of the item to the land group, then check the box that allows group to move the item. Edit: Hmm, maybe that wont work as I think. But you could also have your old account give mod rights to their stuff.

I am pretty sure that any "no-transfer" items would not be included in the sale of the land they might just stay there as belonging to the original owner.
edit: didn't think of the grant rights idea. That is a good idea!

(Is that similar? And will it work in any way?) That's an interesting question, I wonder if that would work. The easiest way is to make a group with your alt's and share your land/stuff. This will be easier with the new group tools in the next update. And you will only need two people for a group. There is a new "give inventory" group thing in the preview, now, I'm not sure what that means, maybe someone more knowlegable can say.

I had a Fresh From The Island newb IM me a week ago asking for a vehicle I made called SH-25fp Maverick, saying he'd bought one a long time ago on his first account... Couple problems: - The SH-25 is only a month or two old. The SH-22 is the original design, presently licensed to a certain Miss Bergman. I'll forgive that, the SH-25 Swat Edition is now on sale next to it.
- The 'fp' suffix indicates it's the Full Permissions model, for group mods and the like, costs L$5000, and presently only has one owner, who still owes me the code he was trading it for, this transaction wasn't even a day earlier.
- He said his last account was permabanned, and never explained why.
- He wasn't offering to BUY ONE, he wanted a free copy.
Now, I'd gladly sell him a brand spanking new, heat-packing ship, but I'm not handing them out for free. Same problem with No Transfer.

Might be easier to just have the name of your old account changed to the new name, instead of copying everything over. Oh, wait. We can't do that yet.

The no-transfer items will remain where they are with the original owner. I have several things on my land from the previous owner. But all of his transferable stuff is now mine.

Though Name changing would be a solution (though it doesn't exist yet) I still want to be able to do stuff with the old Main..
Wonder if transfering No Transfer items between verified alts would be something the Lindens can implement.. after all it is the same person who bought it.
Anyway, thank you all for your answers. I had hoped for a more positive answer but at present I will have to settle with how things are.

You should be able to grant rights to your alt, place the no transfer stuff on the ground, then get on your new alt and pick the stuff up.

From: Cow Hand This defeats the entire purpose of "no transfer". LOLZ. Probably. I remember doing this on accident to someone that I had perms over and I picked up a bunch of junk, but that was a long while ago. It was probably fixed, cause that is very exploitable.
