Oh, yeah. That would explain it. I generally don't go back a day or so later either, to check to see if the name is gone.

Threads locked for naming names should be reviewed by a linden moderator for removal of the names.
If you see one and want to do something about it I'd file a bad post report and also send a private message to a staff member.

The really sad thing is that the thieves were abuse reported by me three days ago. It's a long story, but I smell a scammer and their alts when I see them, so I reported it, even offered to test the scamming game just to prove it to LL.
The abuse report came back as "resolved", without any of the people in it being banned. LL's failure to act led to this resident being scammed. That totally sucks!
Not only that, two of the alts are still going strong, and one has posted in that locked thread!!

Removing the names from view doesn't preclude taking action if the accused are found guilty. What is that line about walking from? Is that something I said?
