I am trying to buy some cash, it even says in My Account that the Payment Method is Paypal, but I get an error when I try to place an order.
Failed to bill your account. Please double check your account's payment settings.
But I have checked and it says Paypal...Someone Please help.

Make sure you have money in your paypal account and not sitting where ever it is. As LL needs there money right then and there. Speaking as someone who had that happen to him with billing failures.

I had that too. I think my PP account was set to ask for a renewal of the agreement after so many dollars were spent. Try renewing the PP agreement under the payment method and see if that works.
