Money Trees

Are money trees still worth the effort to put out? With the final stage of the DI coming into play in march about dwelling. Will land owners be willing to put up tree with money for under 30days players? What you think?

I know the creator's intention was to spread the "wealth" from older players who had more than they use to newer players who didn't.

I never thought of them as dwell generators either. Nor are they deisgned to wildly lucrative for the amount of effort needed. To me they always seemed like a small magnanimity for the tree host and a fun little diversion for the player under 30 days old. If you think camping chairs are boring, try camping a money tree, those require that you invest slightly more effort than auto-jiggling your mouse every 10 minutes.

I guess my point is worth the effort of owners willing to put them out. nOT SITTING BY watching then grow. But then again there are a few money tree owner that are putting money trees next to money chairs as well.

I had a money tree out for a time and found it to be a great deal of trouble. Mostly because of angry newbies demanding I give them money if the tree happened to be empty when they arrived. Just wasn't worth the constant arguments. I let all the donations run out then picked up the tree.

demand? Now I never thought it has reached to this point?Indeed If i was a owner i would be upset as well.

Yeah, I have to agree it was not worth the effort of 12 year olds trying to extort me for money. It was really more work than it was worth.

The Messenger office building has a money tree out, and we'll leave it out.

Because we're nice that way.
