There are furry outfits in the library now, don't know how long they've been there but I just noticed them.
Also some things I don't recognize the names of at all.

From: Fa nyak can catgirls be allergic to this fur? Goodness I hope not. That would be a terrible downer.

From: lou Granville don't you say "inventory", and not "library" ? There's two sections to our inventory represented by the two main folders - our personal inventory and a "library" that's full of public stuff from Linden Lab.

There are multiple new AV's it seems, possibly reflecting the diverse culture that exists in SL. I don't remember all of them at the moment, but there was also harajuku girl/guy and a few others.

From: Padu Andalso harajuku girl/guy What is that? I know I could look it up,but there's probably some other folks that don't know what this is. Plus, there's other good stuff in our libraries; getting folks to look in there is a good thing. For example, I sometimes drive the Kart around, cuz it's fun, and people ask if I made it, or where to get it. So they are here, and wondering what to do, and what to do with no lindens to buy anything with, and they didn't read the instructions, and skipped Help Island, and they've got stuff in their libraries they could be playing with or wearing. There was a guy last night on Help Island, wearing underwear and a t-shirt. He couldn't figure out how to get some pants. There were pants in his library, but he didn't know about it. He just started, so of course it's to be expected that he wouldn't know about the library folder, but there's plenty of folk who have been around a while and don't seem to be aware of it. After we've been here a while we probably stop looking in our library and forget what's in it. I've even used the "don't load the library" option to cut down on inventory loading time. If one used that all the time one would never see the new items that crop up from time to time. I wouldn't mind having a "don't load "My Inventory" at startup" option. I could deal with just having the stuff I'm wearing, plus the library. Only new stuff I got that session would show up. Not loading the ten thousand items I have but never use, and those similar unused items in everyone else's inventories, might reduce the load on the servers enough to speed things up a bit. Or have two "My Inventory" folders, the A list and the B list. B list would be unloaded by default. The new stuff tab, I suspect, doesn't work like that, it requires the system to look at every item in order to filter out the old items. This idea has been expressed in different form numerous times.

We made the furry male and female avs. Strange thing is, we did that almost a full year ago. Guess something got lost in the works.
It's nice to see such avatars being 'officialized' though.
