Not too sure if you've all seen this, it was posted this morning? http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/5077054.stmWe're about to start this talent search, we'll also be showcasing via the official BBC virtual world presence within Second Life. If anyone is interested, they should contact Slim Warrior inworld, or Hunter Cline inworld or via Nick@riversrunred.com. Would be great, is if the RRR team and the BBC, can help someone within the Second Life community get signed by a label. thanks! Fizik

What a great opportunity. I will audition if you want some comic effect. My singing voice would put the judges in the uncomfortable position of having to choose between keeping their hands firmly over their ears, or reaching for the giant GONG.

I sometimes get comments that i look like John Lennon or Jim Morrison(don't ask how that combo works). So i'm sure that I will be a excellent candidate. All great artists use voice overs, don't they? But serious, this is a great oppertunity for the musically talented. Go for it!

Mine would make then bleed even if the covered their ears so I know they'd go for the gong.

Fizik,
I read the BBC article, but didn't quite understand what they are looking for.
The other evening I had the privilege of listening to a live performance by an excellent solo singer. Would a solo artist (who I gather has some professional experience) qualify?
