Options are a bit lacking methinks, not a simple yes/no. It really depends on what kind of event it is, if it's something that's clearly just to put people in front of "BUY ME" signs to make the event holder money then no, because people will just spam those.
But if it's something cool, interesting and ultimately about the event rather than specifically as a publicity stunt then I say no.
