Limited free tickets will be available for fans of Chamillionaire who want to attend a Meet and Greet at SoundScape.

The "box office" (SoundScape - St. Martin/40/18/44) opens on Friday morning at 9am SLT. The first 100 avatars who answer a Chamillionaire trivia question will receive a FREE "ticket" to the event on Sunday at 1pm SLT.

More (or less) info: www.inworldstudios.com/cham

And if you haven't heard his latest (or any) album then come down and have a listen to "Sound of Revenge" including music video of Ridin' which is kinda fun and about racial profiling by cops.

Video of the meet and greet will be made public shortly after (Please don't try to attend if you're not really a Chamillionaire fan). Thanks!

Dude, 9 am is bad! Why not open later on Friday, so that those who have to work get a chance too? I'd imagine 100 tickets will be gone in a flash before I get home from work.

In Houston it will be 11am.

Noon on the East Coast and late afternoon in Europe where Cham hasa large following! Clearly you don't want to meet the Chamillitary Mayne badly enough. A real fan would call in sick...

LOL what a suggestion! I'm not that big of a hiphop fan anyway, but the idea and the whole concept of bringing well known rw musicians and bands into Second Life just fascinates me. I would call in sick if I had to.

I say - let's just get rid of the Events forum altogether.

Rather than constantly having to decide which residents' events are cool enough to warrant posting in General, and which residents are just peons without that right. Especially since there is no way of voting on them.

I was wondering why there was an upswing in the number of people who were trying to catch me riding dirty. It all makes sense now...

I would love it if they actually held these events when I could actually attend them. Some of us work...

You might just wanna put a thread such as this in the Events Forum if....

... #342: Your posting title includes the word "Event".

Hi again,

If there is an events forum would someone please show me where it is?

I see a forum for discussing event production.
I see one called Bullitin Board which seems to be for b'days and such.
