I'm searching land by clicking Search at the bottom of the screen and choosing 'land sales' in the search window. Then I choose 'First Land' 'PG&Mature'. On teleporting to some of the land available I've found that adjacent First Land is also available that didn't come up in the search. Doesn't the search find all available property? Is there another way to find available land?

Albion

update: Some of the land I was referring to has now got no entry barriers around it. I assume that it was alread sold but the info on the land hadn't been updated.

Do Search, Land Sales, select All Types, PG & Mature, then click the Search button, then click the L$/sq.m column header till they are sorted with the lowest price per sq.m. at top.
The First Land, at 1 linden per sq. m., will be at the top.

I have seen that method produce more results than searching for First Land. Whether it returns all the First Land or not I don't know.

Well, First Land sells quicker than regularly priced land. You click search, it lists what's available. In the time you spend looking through that list, some of those parcels will probably be sold. When I bought my first land in Pogon, the four rows from the waterfront sold in about 12 hours. That's a lot of parcels in a short space of time.

Also, it sometimes takes that land sales list a long time to pull all the results from the database. That might be why so much doesn't appear listed. Hit search again...and again...you might have better luck.

Dont look for first land us search by price and set it at 512, and size set it to 512 it brings up a lot more listings.. If you dont like what is offered check again in a day or two. they open more first land all the time.
