It is an abstract yet profound statement about the price of success and/or popularity. Wherein it makes those basking in fame feel the pressure to box themselves up to protect their sanity or just to marinate in their insanity -- *glances at map* Oh. That Fame. Haven't a clue.

it was originally set that way during a reserved 'wedding' party which was set to allow Group Only entrance, I got trapped several times in the 'nuptial hole' and was so annoyed with the fact i called LL and asked why they had to allow such extremeities in land use that is normally known as 'Linden/Public'.
I was suprised though to see that it hadn't been flattened back down to a normal state by now.

I was all excited about the possiblity of a deep conversation with plenty of Pink Floyd references and chanting to "Tear Down the Wall!" Oh well

From: SuezanneC Baskerville What is up the giant wall around Fame? I thought there may be a giant monkey running around in the sim. I was thinking of IMing Ben Linden with a proposition of making a blockbuster movie. Perhaps using the blonde goddess Char Linden as monkey bait to lure him out. Then shipping him in one of Garth Fairlight's boats to Midnight City where the big monkey would run riot in Aimee's pants. Then we could IM the flyboy Cubey Terra and his boys to come and spank that big monkey really hard. Oh yah!!! Hey!! Anything is possible in Second Life!! Even me getting banned!!
