Hi I Need So Much Help Please!!

When i try to start up Second life it says my cache file is corrupt please help me i am in dire need!!

Before you try to log in click PREFERENCES, then NETWORK, then CLEAR CACHE. Then restart Second Life.

Let's try this: Uninstall Second Life, then re-install it (I'm going to assume you're on Windows XP).

Step 1: Download this file to your desktop: http://secondlife.com/downloads/viewer/Second%20Life%201-9-0-21%20Setup.exe

Step 2: Uninstall SL, to uninstall: Start --> Programs --> Second Life --> Uninstall Second Life

Step 3: Click the "Second Life 1-9-0-21 Setup.exe" icon on your desktop to reinstall.

Good advice. I'd also say reboot after uninstalling. Gives everything a chance to reset and clear out, and it never hurts to give the register a reload. :)
