Among the reasons I frequent these forums is the creative and unexpected humor I get to read and the intelligent answers I see all about when there are problems. Both of these have brought smiles into my day.
I'd like to see some humorous creativity at work and see people have fun. So here is a topic I hope you will like.
Post a real SL tip that has a dash of humor about it.
To start off:
Tip #1 The newbie-box-on-head syndrome
So many times, even if we are no longer newbies, we make stuff that we plan to attach to ourselves. We have a habit of starting with the classic 0.5 m cube, and too many times we accidentally wear it on our heads when it should go maybe to the spine. For the moment, while Wear occupies the pie position that Take Copy used to occupy we will see a bit more of the NBoH syndrome.
TIP: Start with a sphere and give it some color. Maybe a high-shiny color. That way if you accidentally wear it on your head, people will think you were just working on a helmet.
