Rezing, moving, Key response - is bad

Since the most recent upgrades the rezing, and moving around in SL has become unbearable. It takes about 2 to 4 minutes for a site to rez. Not good. In addition key stroke control - turning, flying, foward & back are so choppy as to make it virtually impossible to control my avi.

This is not good and since I 've been in SL a couple years this is the worse performance I have experienced.

Any one else having these issues??

Tell me if this helps with rezing:
Ctrl+P (prefs)
Network tab
Turn Max bandwidth to 950ish

I know I had a weird rezing problem until I did that, it fixed it.
