Isolated. No griefers or annoying neigbours. It might even work out cheaper than my current island.

I dunno.
I'm not sure that I've ever heard of SL owners finding a ton of radioactive debris just off the shore of their brand new private island. *terraforms the island, reveals a bunch of spent, glowing missile warheads* Damn you Linden Lab and your firesale auctions, damn y -- *expires* |
