I reported a bug on this over 12 hours ago and it seems as if nothing has been done about it yet. Dimidiata has no TP function available and it says its offline. Customers can not TP to the store, money tree hasn't been picked all day with fruit falling to the ground, and traffic has been reported as 0 even though yesterday there was plenty of traffic until this happened. Please LL wake up and reset the server or something. Its a strange bug because Dimidiata is online and I can fly to it from the nearby SIMs. Maybe its time to move to a different SIM

Did you contact live help? usually theres a linden listening in, and they usually respond to messages about broken sims.. Be patient, it can take awhile before they can answer, lol.

0 traffic is a pretty old one, I'd have thought they would fix it by now.
They still haven't fixed Baba and he was introduced in the beta!

When this happens, I find the best thing is to ask a liaison to restart the sim.

Glad things are fixed. All they needed to do was restart the SIM and then it was fine. Hopefully the traffic numbers are correct tomorrow. I think they will be. At least the classified ad will cover things for me. Good to see that even on a Sunday, LL is working hard to keep things going.

Live Help
07-16-2006 20:31
From: CrazyMonkey Feaver Did you contact live help? usually theres a linden listening in, and they usually respond to messages about broken sims.. Be patient, it can take awhile before they can answer, lol. I just wanted to pick up on this point, since Live Help was confusing to me. If you read the forums regularly and even when you first open Live Help, you get the impression that Live Help doesn't have any Lindens. So, if you have a problem like a crashed sim or a sim that has become unexpectedly laggy, it's natural to think that Live Help will be useless. I mean, these issues require a Linden and if Live Help doesn't have Lindens, then why bother. For a long time, I was confused about how I should deal with this class of problems. Should I bug report a laggy sim? Should I IM a laison? What should I do? And I bug reported for a long time before I finally just IM'd a laison and asked her what the correct course of action was. She told me to use Live Help and that a Linden would come help me. I did and, in that case, a Linden came almost immediately and rebooted my sim! So, I definitely recommend Live Help.
