I was chatting (or trying to) and everything I typed into the text box was lost as soon as I pressed ENTER. I watched the text go into the line then it went off into outer space. NOt into a bubble and not into my history but GONE.
I tried to read profiles on peopl and they were toally blank.
This was all after today's update so I suspect ....

I've had the weirdest problem the past couple of days. Whenever I type the word "impatient", it looks fine in the text bar, but gets completely filtered out when it shows up in chat. I haven't noticed it for any other words yet, and it only applies to that specific string. What could possibly cause that to happen? lol

This was all after today's update so I suspect .... It happens to me from time to time and means I have crashed. Usually I figure it out when I am talking to someone in IM and they stop responding, then I will type something in chat to see if it shows. If it doesn't show, I have crashed and need to relog, I also cannot search anything or read profiles in this state. Other than being incommunicado when this happens, everything else is usually normal, the music will keep playing and everything will look fine to me, its a strange way of crashing but it happens to me now and again. |
