Ok so yesterday I was asking about my account which I downgraded... and now I can't buy land until I am able to upgrade again.. because it won't let me until the end of this quarter... but I still get stipend.. and I paid for this time to be able to buy land.. sooo got advice to call technical support.. yeh.. did that.. got voicemail.. and umm.. no call back? this typical? should I keep calling or will I always get voicemail??

I usually when I get voice mail wait about 30 minutes and call back.

When I called a few days ago, Linden Labs was extremely helpful with my questions. :)

yes after I called back... I got through and stayed on the line instead of pressing 2 to talk to tech support... it worked out that way
