Anyone else been experiencing unusually long delays when processing credit history to paypal. Normally 24 hours and its done....been waiting 3 days now and still how "in process"

Yep, I had to wait 16 days on mine. 16! Partly because they decided to put my account on hold to make sure I wasn't underage  And even after that was cleared up, it STILL took another week and only got done after I pestered them, repeatedly, with phone calls and emails. Mine finally hit PP yesterday.
