Alts or Alternative Accounts

Can anyone tell me how I go about creating a Second Life "business" specific account?

I know I can register for another Second Life account, but I'm hoping to have an account name that matches the business function it is meant to perform.

Also do you have to pay a fee to have this account it it isn't going to own land?

Not sure of the 'business account" but you can sign up for a second account and pay the 9.95 one time fee for another basic account. Perhaps someone else can clarify if there is a business account option. I know many people who just make and alt and specify in their profile that that is their business alt, stating their business hours, store locations etc.
