Has anyone else been experiencing withdraws from your credit card coming from different locations recently?
I had 2 withdraws yesterday and can't find anywhere in my transactions where I had purchased Lindens since last week. My actual tier is suppose to come out today as well as my account charges.
Point Of Sale Withdrawal LINDEN LAB 800-8606990 CA <----- this is what I expected
Point Of Sale Withdrawal LINDEN LAB BERKSHIRE GB yesterday - 14.68
Point Of Sale Withdrawal SECOND LIFE 1 800 8606990 GB yesterday - 36.94
Anyone else have this happening????
*last week my boyfriends account couldn't be accessed because the credit card company for security reasons checks on foriegn transactions, his account couldn't be billed until he verified the transaction..when he called Linden Labs they had no idea what he was talking about...*

Yes this happened to me this week. If I am paying LL that is fine, they are in CA. When the bill comes from another country and LL has no idea why. I find that more than a small concern. My bill did not come from the US this time. CS is no longer run by LL it has been contracted to another company. Is that or another company now also handling billing? I think so.

Yes, yesterday I got billed from Linden Lab, and again today...but from a different location. Something is fishy.  |

That's what worries me. I have wrote LL but haven't heard anything yet. I guess that was why I didn't know what CS was  .

Hi All!
Some of you are noticing that your billing information may say strange things like "Linden Lab Dublin" or "Linden Lab Berkshire"... or it may look like you were charged by "Second Life" and by "Linden Lab" both. But not to worry, there is only one charge taking place, and we have not moved to Great Britain. We have changed our billing provider, and hence the information on your billing might look a little different. We are getting a US billing node set up this week, and soon - hopefully very soon!- all the name reporting on your statement will be copasetic. If you have further concerns, please contact us. Thanks!
