I am renting an apartment block consisting of 3 apartments. I am having trouble with the security.. I rented one out and all controls work for me blinds, lists.. I added the new tennant to the control but when she types in commands her word just vanish! I am sure she's typing it ok.

I must add all normal chat shows from her, just not security controls.

Is this a sl bug or a security system bug?

The item may be set to respond only to the owner's commands, and not just anyone.

Without seeing the item for sure, I can't be 100% definite.

Are you sure you entered your resident's name correctly? I know it's kind of a silly question, but, a while back, I found out I had misspelled a griefer's name on my list, only AFTER I saw this person on my property. I am assuming you are using a private channel? If that is the case, there will be no text showing, only a response from the security system, and only on her screen.

Hope this helped a little!

I don't know what system you are using, but the one I use has a "reset" function. Maybe you could reset the system, and enter fresh settings?
