I keep getting the "Dispite our best efforts" message when connecting, freezes at "secondlife may appear frozen." Just wondering

No, it may be just your connection. Keep trying, this happens occasionally to me.
Make sure to check Announcements for downtimes.

I had the same problem earlier today and had to delete to new entries for Second Life from the firewall and leave just the trusted one. Then I was able to access Second Life. I do not know what caused the 2 entries.
