Question about the Free house and Free land in West Haven

And I've been considering it, I'm thinking about going for the quarter plan and trying it for 3 months. Now my question is does anyone know if I'll be able to keep everything after the 3 months if I decide to freeze my account? Or I'll just be evicted and tossed onto the street? lol From what I read it says after 3 months you'll be able to copy the home or something? I'm not too sure. But if anyone has a clue, please feel free and fill me in. The quicker the better. I only have up until the end of the day. Thanks.

Assuming it works as Blumfield did, it's a bit like having your normal First Land purchase, except they provide a specific plot and house.
