Any Events Planned for Valentine's Day?

I am writing a story about Valentine's Day in SL.. and I am looking for any events that are planned for this upcoming weekend through Valentine's Day. Thus far the calendar looks pretty empty. Surely there are events planned??????

I plan on probably going to work - and perhaps handing out a few humorous cards in world to select individuals that won't get offended by the borderline obscene imagery.

Oooooooh, my partner, Raubin Sachertorte and I will be getting "married" and then we plan to have a big blow-out bash at our country music club, LoneStar in Heartland to celebrate the day with all of our friends and loved ones. It will be a day to celebrate not only Raubin's and my committment to each other and our SL dreams, but to honor and share the love with all of the great folk who have, one way or another, stumbled into Heartland and become part of our warm, extended family.

I had an idea that I'm not sure I'll carry through or not: but an anti-valentines day party. All sorts of anti-relationship music and such. A day where you can lie, fight and cheat on your SO but it's okay, because so can they!  Fun and debauchery for all!

We're having a big Xcite!/Eventide party this friday evening to celebrate the holiday...on our party deck with the hot tub and mud pit.  Starts at 8, I believe. Live broadcast, giveaways, prizes, etc. Full details should be posted today in the events forum I think. - J |

I think a giant crying in a pillow party ought to be organized. A nice pajama party for those of us who will be spending the evening alone.....
Anyone with a sim we can borrow???????? or a few sims?????
