Nah, I like the incompetence and lack of motivation to do anything to mitigate the problem even more. As I noted elsewhere, when you have no profits to lose through yet another of the same trivial attacks you tend to concentrate on flexi-prims. The empty claim "we are working with the authorities" notwithstanding, all it costs them is some aggravation and the "sorry for the inconvenience" message (but they can just cut and paste that from the last week's attack).
What really sorta baffles me is that the folks who have to come in on Sunday to clean up these messes ought see that it is in their own personal interest to do something. If everytime I left my home it got burgled, I might just invest a little time in putting a lock on the door. |

Nerds gives them too much credit. I prefer "Script Kiddies." They're just children who copied a script they found on the internet. No skill, no intelligence, and the real hackers find them laughable at best.
