I mean, it's a bit rubbish and out of date isn't it.
I'm too lazy to do it properly, but maybe if instead of answering people's questions in the forum we answered them in the wiki (if a good enough answer isn't there already) and then linked to it, it'd help.
Oh, and the search on it's a bit rubbish too...
But, yeah, this is just thoughts flowing out of my head when I should really be sleeping.

If the effort expended in complaining about the resident moderators had been spent working on the wiki, the world would be a better place.
Who knows, there might even have been some useful entries in Russian added.

Linden Lab could PAY someone to document THEIR product. Okay, I know, that was just farking ridiculous; sorry.

But, yeah, this is just thoughts flowing out of my head when I should really be sleeping. I yelled about the Wiki some time ago and got burned for it. Everyone told me to go fix it. lol Or maybe that was in the game. I don't remember. Anyway I find more help in the forums. It keeps up with SL a bit better. I have problems searching for something in particular thou sometimes. Frustrating indeed. Everyone who has no reason to use the Wiki will tell you to fix it thou If I had the ability to do so I would. We have to actually know stuff apparently. And if we knew stuff about what we are looking for then we wouldn't be there in the first place would we. It'll probably get fixed some day just before another major update to throw it all out again.

People sometimes comment that you are often negative in your posts; I don't see how they can possibly overlook that you also demonstrate a wild sense of humor and a sense of the fantastic as great as that of the best fanatasy writers.

From: Sean Martin Everyone told me to go fix it. l I have been tempted to take a stab at it, however I am reasonably sure that someone would undo my changes. I don't want to get into a wiki war. I don't want to get the Linden in charge annoyed with me for making changes they don't approve of. There is a lot of good information in the support wiki, but it is not very well arranged, in my view. In particular the very first page is terrible and seems to reflect the 'I will just stick something in" approach that results in duplication, being broken into illogical non-categories, and so on. I wish the creators of the LSL wiki would take an interest in it, they did such a good job with the LSL wiki, it's a shame that the support wiki hasn't been brought up to the LSL wiki's high standards. I just in the past few days got shown what seems like an attempt to produce a well structured SL documention wiki other than official SL wiki, I am not sure if the intent is to maintain one distinct from the LL one or if they are getting organized to make some big changes to the LL one, or maybe both. Whatever their intent, I hope they keep working it on it.
