Ban Prims

It's obvious from the recent attack that the prim as a vessel and state of object is too dangerous for it's own good. If someone can make a prim do this something is very wrong. He should be sent to jail and shot with knives, but we need to do something to defend our business on SL! I propose we replace prims with safety LindenBlox, uneditable and with all the corners sanded down. Also they can't be under 1x1x1m in size so to prevent a choking hazard.

Also they can't be textured, and only colored with pastels, so no one can do anything offensive with our new LindenBlox.

If you really care about SL and yer young pixels at home you're only choice is to listen to me and stop all creativity before it's too late and we lose more money!

the longer it takes for them to resolve this issue the worse this incident is goign to look to players in the long run.

well you cant just reset a server farm by flipping a switch, and even so the current draw from doing so would probally trip every breaker in the biuliding... i dont think we want them working with flashlights and bic lighters

Doesn't these grid crashers think a little ahead at all with their two brain cells? "Ohhh I wanna brag to my friends I crashed the grid!" Blah!

The absolutely worst long term scenario will be that we will not have any sl, because LL will go out of business if constant grid attacks continues! Not only that, many people who relies on their income from sl may also get economic crises because of these disturbances in cash flow.

More likely though, is that LL will create a lot of restrictions now when it comes to scripting. They did stop the possibility for scripts to self replicate objects under the last big attack some months ago. But because of constant nag from scripters, they allowed it again (not sure if that was with restrictions or not - but seems not).

Now this have to stop! I bet LL will put that restriction back again into lscript asap, and that they will not be that easy to convince this time. We will propably also see limits when it comes to pushing. Which is great I think. Personally I have no use for either self replication or pushing, and bet that goes for many more of us. I'd rather live with such limitations than have these attacks all the time.

Wanna-be grid crashers (if any of you morons read this - I doubt it): Think of the consequences! Use your creativity to make sl a better place for us all instead. Or get a life!
