Feature Voting Incentive explanation/exposition

This thread is an attempt to consolidate the information required to vote knowledgeably in the new Feature Voting system. Please, post the Title or the number of your proposal on Feature Voting Forums in your Subject line, preferably both.

Proposal:
Have a periodic review of the Feature voting proposals that does one of three things:
1 . Place all similar ideas in one proposal.
2. Set links to other, similar proposals, so that one can choose the most clearly worded, or concise, or just closest to what you want, proposal when voting.
3. sorts and labels proposals as to category, placing similar proposals under one number and listing the numbers of the proposals that have been amalgamated.

This would allow people to read all proposals on a given idea without having to read the entire proposal archive. It would also allow for several people to explain any given proposal, without so filling the proposal site or "market" that potential voters give up with out actually voting. As well, it would allow the Lindens to "clean up" the proposals that have been voted on, (i.e. "Oh, look! This proposal has the required 500 + votes. Let's put it in the "Under Review" category, making it easier for people to see it and/ or vote on it, thus saving a space in category x for a new proposal.)
