We can DL a DATE RANGE of transaction history now!

Woo hoo! Now when we go to download our transaction histories, we can specify a DATE RANGE, and not just do it one day at a time! YAY!

New limits:
* Shorter history on file. Was a full month, and now we can only capture the last 2 weeks.
* Only last 500 transactions. At leats for viewing, you only see the last 500 transactions. Is that true for the download as well?
* ALL transactions get listed. Every time someone gives you something or you give something so someone, and all the L$ 0 purchases get listed too. Urf!

So we lose some but we also gain some.

Now if I could just figure out how to turn the downloadable history into some kind of useful searchable database in Excel. I still copy and past to a text file and use edit/find.

I'm all for downloading multiple days at once.. yay for that.. but what's up with shortening the days we can see with no warning what so ever?

Some of us are lazy and don't download but every 3 weeks or so, now we're screwed.

It's only keeping record of two weeks at a time instead of a month and it's now keeping a record of even no L$ inventory trades like notecards and every time you send someone something from your inventory, every 0L$ freebie box purchase. For someone like me who sells dozens of freebie boxes a day, this is incredibly annoying. Pages of useless information.

Being able to see inventory drops would be great if it told you what the item was. Without that functionality it's really quite a pain to have it in there cluttering it up. I'd like to see it stay but with item names added. That's something I've wanted for a long time.

Perhaps there should be an option to get the records sent as an email attachment automatically.


It being an xls file perhaps Open Office can load it. (Download, download, lah lah lah);

Well, that seemed to work fine. I told the Open Office installation to be the default handler for Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and Powerpoint presentations.

Doubleclicked on the file in the Opera download tab and it brought up the Open Office Calc application with the records properly displayed.

Even put red underlines under names like Freakazoid.

Also, Microsoft Works spreadsheet application opened it fine.
