Chat History scroll wheel work around per Llauren Mandelbrot

To get the chat history to respond to the scroll wheel, check the "Show Muted Text" box in the Chat History, top right.

Llauren Mandelbrot, who is wearing a halo at the moment, provided this tip.

You've probably all seen this by now, but just in case you haven't, according to the release notes there's a bug fix for this in version 1.11.3(0) to be released this week. But good call on the workaround. I'm sure that'll come in handy over the next few days.

* Scroll wheel once again causes Chat History window to scroll
