bouncing to corner of sim

I have a larger parcel in Baekje. I am doing work on my building and when I get close to the Blue star something group that has a 512 parcel with NO ENTRY on it (in next sim), I go undergound and thrown into the corner of Baekje. Quite annoying when I move and get thrown about 4000 meters. Is it a bug I should report, common or the NO ENTRY thingy??

Sounds like a security script. The only acceptable actions a security script can do is
1. eject you from the land.
2. teleport you home.

What is happening to you doesnt sound like either of these. And it should not do either of these to you while you are on your own land. So you could report this as abuse, but you might want to send the property owner an IM about it first if you think there is any chance they will voluntarily change the settings or turn it off. They may not know it is subjecting you to abuse.

It happens to me every time I'm on the BBC Radio and try to head to one of the other islands/sectors/squares next to it--it throws me to the corner of one of them and the only way to get out is via teleport.

EDIT: I wanted to add that they knew about this Tuesday night.
