I am one of the Not Chosen, and since the Lindens didn't provide a list of everyone not chosen to go to San Fran and jabber with company, I am taking it upon myself to announce my status as "Not Chosen", not to be confused with the left behind or whatever the losers in those apocalypse books are called.
Congratulations to those who get to go, San Francisco is a beautiful place. I lived there a good while back. Take lots of money with you.
Make sure to take an umbrella and some heavy coats when going to SF in the summer.

I wasn't chosen either.
Here's some possible reasons: - I'm not such a big shot as I thought. - I've actively taken shots at LL for not behaving like we'd expect from company building the metaverse. - To date, my most useful contribution is a barrel of monkeys, and a not-sosmart turret that simply attacks anything that moves that isn't part of the group. One is presently headlining in the combat sandboxes, the other will be headlining around the grid shortly. - I've licensed several items for resale to a popular "distributor". Oddly, I've had no similar offers. - I started, and never bothered to finish RateMyAv.com, and probably won't bother to renew it. - I'm FIC, but not an oldbie (I guess I am now?). What about ya'll? |
