For my research of the “Virtual Myth” I have a question to you.

For not long ago Linden made it possible for us to enter the canvas, so we did and brought life to it.

Now...
Do we have a shared future vision?

The past as we know it brought us to this point. We know that by saying -we entered from the same world. But we entered a place empty from past, a past that could tell us who we are and where we are going. But maybe we don’t care for “time ago” or “time ahead” since we don’t know what time brings us here.

I don’t think we have a future since we don’t have a present.

Am I wrong?

Here's your past, mate: http://history.secondserver.org
As for shared future vision, well, the techies want this to be the new web, a development platform, etc... but I guess most people just want to go LOL and WOOT and keep watching their avatars being automatically animated by a script.
It's a bit of a stretch to ask 60,000 people to come up with a grand unified vision of where SL should go.

The unified vision for the present and future of this grid is Philip Rosedale's vision for the present and future of this grid. That's how Internet resources work. The host perpetuate their vision. Other people may contribute time, money and effort to the product; but the host always owns and operates the facility as they see fit.

There's no present. There's only the immediate future and the recent past.
