Is there any hope that HTML on a prim would allow us to display at least some text on a prim face without having to have an HTML file stored on the web?
What I hoping for is something vaguely (very vaguely) like llDisplayHTML("Button1Label", SideNum) ;

I believe that the new planar texture application is a necessary feature to displaying HTML correctly on a prim face. It's one step forward at least, probably the closest thing we'll ever have to a whiteboard feature. Talk to the prim on a channel and have it embed the chat in tags then update the presentation.

As I understand it, canvas will be supported, that means things like this(does not work in IE) should work. That's more or less a whiteboard.

What's this going to do to the minimum requirements?
(how about llXYText first?)
