That's just silly. Put in a no-porn clause and have done with it. I might even be able to see them make a case for illustrations vs photos if they wanted to be literal about the site's intended purpose for photos only. But screencaps are photos...kinda...I think so anyway. They're a photo of things that don't exist in real space, but that's getting a little anal, I think...you can only list photos of tangible items?

Flickr's justification seemed lame to me - it has nothing to do with porn (well, except your World of Warcraft pictures which were OBSCENE). Then again, I have never really liked the site or understood it's appeal. I just seems to be really petty for them to crack down on screen shots.
