am i the only one losing track of which forums exist?
on the one hand i understand the need when the volume gets up there on clearly defined topics.
but on the other hand, i lose track of things when there's much more than seven of them, and poking through n different groups to keep up with things is kinda annoying.
is general actually the misc category until someone detects a new forum?
or is general "anything as long as another forum doesn't already exist for that topic"?
it's a little strange (to me) that something as important (i think) as the Second Life Community Convention 2006: SAN FRANCISCO! is relegated to a little trafficked forum. i was looking for information about it and it took me a while to remember the forum it might be in.
the above paragraph is less a comment about whether or not it's in the right place, but whether or not it's useful to have so very many forums where information gets lost and/or forgotten.
