we should all just report every thread we feel is not general because the inconsistency in the movement of threads would seem that any thread could be moved based on absolutely any reason at all.
all that needs to be done is have it reported and wham bam thank you ma'am its moved

To clarify - reporting a post is just one way a thread may come to the attention of a moderator - Resident or Linden. The forums are reviewed on a daily basis by Reporting a post is probably the easiest way for Residents to bring to the attention of moderators any posts they believe should be specifically reviewed.
