What the hell just happened to the 1.11 bug thread?

Anyone? It says I don't have permission to view it anymore. Try as I might, I can't think of a legitimate reason for deleting/restricting that thread.

Looks like they just took the grid down to fix it and are removing any discussions on it

We're trying to solve it! :-)

I took executive action and moved it behind closed doors while we work to deal with the problem. Given the severity of this issue, I felt it best to move it aside to prevent people from getting ideas while it can still be done! :-)

Yeah, but they removed the wrong thread. :p The other 1.11 thread is the one where it was actually explained how to do it.

Might be more helpful to IM that Linden (or a Liaison) inworld with a URL to the thread so they can restrict it...that might help stop people who are already online from finding out how to do it.

I'm deleting all of the posts like this that I can find. If you know of a thread, feel free to IM Karen Linden and I will clean it up.

Thanks!

We'd love to IM you, Karen, but unfortunately we cannot log in ;-)

Deleteting the threads describing the exploit should not be a problem. It took me 10 seconds to find the thread containing the explanation of how to use it.
Hint : "1.11"

Oh, and since it's almost two hours since SL was closed for logins, an update about estimated time where we can log back in would be VERY much appreciated.
