Search/ People/ type in Linden and check the online box. Those that are online will show up, IM them. Contact Blue Linden if you are a teen wanting on the teen grid.

You can contact a Linden in a number of ways: use Live Help inworld, ask to speak to a Linden about switching to the teen grid, or use inworld Search to find an online Linden liaison and send them an IM, you can send email to [email]support@secondlife.com[/email], or you can send a forum PM using the Quick Links drop down menu to contact a specific Linden, or you could contact Blue Linden via email at [email]blue@lindenlab.com[/email], or you could call the appropriate toll free support number. From: someone office hours: 9am-6pm PST, Monday through Friday (we are shrinking our hours just a bit in anticipation of more extensive live phone service in the near future).

If you're actually a teen, and you lied about your age to get on the adult grid, you can contact Live Help and admit that, and request assistance in being moved to the teen grid. They will be very polite about the whole matter, and will arrange to get you moved fairly rapidly. (I watched the process from the adult grid's side a while back, and the teen told me what was going on until he was removed from the main grid.) I believe there will be a short period between removal from the main grid and appearing on the teen grid while they review your account and verify your actual age.
If you're on the teen grid and are now an adult, or if you just came of age and are now old enough to move from the teen grid to the adult grid, assuming you gave your real age on sign-in, you should get moved to the adult grid pretty much automaticly when you turn 18. If that didn't happen, contact the support numbers or e-mail that the previous posters gave, and be prepared to fax or mail to Linden Labs proper proof of your legal age, like driver's license or whatever. They will work out the details with you.

You cant just go back and forth by choice. The only way you could get from Main to teen is if you are under age...if this is the case you should contact a linden like others have said above..then Linden Lab will contact you request proof of age to make sure you are really the right age to be on teen grid 13-17. If you are over 18+ and want to get to the teen grid you cant. NO contact is allowed between the Main Grid and the Teen Grid. Doing so is against Terms of Service.
