What Should be Permissions of Shapes?

Really. On one hand I want to give customers the freedom to adjust the little things, like height, lip shape, etc. But with recent theft issues, I'm afraid people can just copy and sell the shape off as their own...I haven't sold any shapes yet, but I'm just so torn on what I should do before I go on selling them. I guess while I'm asking about shapes, would the prices be higher if I did set them to mod? I'm so lost!
Also, I wasn't sure where shapes would be under the design/building threads...so if it needs to be moved, please do.

Hmmmmmm I dunno about pricing, but I wouldn't buy a shape if it was no mod, cos you know, sometimes we all need a lil tweak or two  So I *personally* would say copy,mod,no trans or no copy,mod, trans, me preferring the copy/no trans options. Gawd knows how many times I bugger no copy things up and end up cursing myself. Mebbe you could think about selling a line of shapes for a cheaper price, and then maybe a set with some of your clothing that best suits the shape for a slightly higher price? The problem again with no mod is that you will get endless requests for you to change a certain detail aspect on the av, whether it be slantier eyes, fuller lips, wider hips.. so really you have to think, do you want all that extra hassle of either a) doing it or b) getting flak for not doing it? <3 Not too helpful, just my thoughts

You're right..I am REALLY leaning towards copy/mod/no trans...but like I said, I'm just worried about theft. But hey, who would want to steal my crap?!

I'd set them to copy only. Modify allows them to see your exact numbers.

I sell shapes and I set mine to copy/mod/no transfer. I know that theoretically people could steal my numbers but that is very time consuming and I sell them fairly cheap anyway, so I'm hoping that people will think it is not worth the time and effort.
I don't like leaving myself open to theft, but I don't want my customers to have to pay the price for sleazy thieves either. I also try to make my store and ad's very inviting and informative so that customers will appreciate that difference also.
