Anyone else not getting autoreplies from LL lately?
Only I noticed last week that eMails to support, bug reports and ARs are not producing even auto-responder replies now, not for me anyway. And today I just ARed a couple of griefers and again - no response. I mean I know nothing seems to get done in response to this stuff, but not even an auto-respond? My email is fine too, I checked, IMs are coming in ok.
Not being funny, but if LL aren't even going to bother with the minimal courtesy of an auto response, never mind taking action, might it not be more honest to drop the entire pretense and simply remove the bug and abuse report facilities entirely and set support@lindenlab.com to bounce incoming emails with an appropriate message?

Last night I sent an email to billing@secondlife.com and received an auto-response. I was happily surprised to get a real response within a couple of hours.
