Lindens do a great job on a thread today!

Here's a great example of a Linden making a good decision on a previously locked thread:

Call a timeout, and let it roll again. This gives me hope for the future of the ResMod program - the first I've seen in a while! Forum mods - be they Lindens or residents - have the worst job I can imagine. My appreciation of Jeska, who held that role for well over a year, continually increases.

BTW, also see:

Cheers!

Regards,

-Flip

I see the resmod as doing a horrible job and the Linden as correcting the mistake.

Now if they'd only correct the mistake and get rid of the resmod program.

I disagree.

Mmm, disagree.

I think calling for a timeout was just what the doctor ordered.

Three for three!

They're grown in Japan, and are given as special gifts. They're pretty neat! =^.^=

I applaud the Lindens on this one. It's so rare to have such an interesting exchange of ideas and opinions on such an emotional topic. We need more threads like these.

I love the Simpsons episode where Homer gets a square watermelon in Japan and then proceeds to drop it and then they have to go on the Japanese game show to win tickets back to America. Even though it wasn't as brilliant as the first 5 seasons.

In Japan! People have small refriderators, so these are grown to fit inside. However they cost ¥10,000 or about $100 apiece!

I never understood that. Since when do you refridgerate a watermellon?
