I can't get in, then I pressed quit and tried logging in again and says it's logging me in from another location..can't login at this time.

I swear, someone's tapdancing nightly on the machines, last night asset server and preview grid, day before downtime, and then beofre that more slow logins.

We'll be fine. Nothing to worry about. Slowdown with a single login server during popular times, kinda like cramming into a crowded bus going somewhere. Reinforcements--another login server, whee!--arrives tomorrow. More room to breathe.
Just stay in the login queue and you hopefully will get in. ^___^

I haven't been able to get in all day. Everything was fine last night, today, nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled SL, basically I have done everything recommended in the wiki and also sent an email.
The email response was that I needed to check my password...well for one thing, I know my own password. But I changed it anyway, that still didn't work.
I just emailed a log file to support but have only received an auto response.

Have you left it idle on the login screen for 10 minutes? Just let it stay there until it eventually goes through the login.

Im getting a popup that says despite our best efforts something has gone wrong. Should I just leave it there anyway? I've been trying to get in all day, so in my wanderings throughout the day I'm pretty sure that I've left it up for awhile but I'm not 100% certain. |
